Aby. You need to give a lot more information before we can help.
Just exactly what do you do when you create a message?
What, if any, error messages do you get back?
Have you contacted your Internet Service Provider for help setting up your
email?
Have you tried sending a message to your own email address?
If so, does it come back?
Is English for first language? If not, we can direct you toward newsgroups
in your native language.

Your ISP should provide you with an email account and instructions for
setting it up in OE.
