Default trouble with fonts

Suddenly I cannot change the size, style or color of fonts when composing an
e-mail. Never had a problem until lately. Have checked all of my settings and
nothing has changed.

It worked on font size & type, but I couldn't change the color. Also font
sizes on web pages were huge. They were set at smallest font size & I was not
able to change the size.

Are you using stationery by any chance?

Stationery sometimes requires its own font, but you may be able to make
adjustments. See these links:

How long has it been since you updated your system? Are you regularly
visiting the Windows Update page and downloading and installing all updates
marked as Critical for your operating system? What version number is your
Outlook Express as shown in the Help/About screen?

Have you scanned your system for malware? Visit this webpage for some help
with finding malware:

Go here for info:

And for a quick check:

Ideally, using Windows XP, you should have it set to do automatic updates so
that you do not rely on memory to remind you. And, installing the updates
for your system is a good place to start in resolving problems. And I would
strongly suggest that you do a scan for malware at the earliest date. Good
luck.
