Default Internet Explorer Set Repair

I know I have seen a dialog come up about Internet Explorer repair and how
it can some times repair its self. I am at a loss as to where to locate this
option dialog box so I can run this the repair app.
Can anyone help?

You might want to post to the Internet Explorer newsgroup, this is Outlook
Express, and explain what the problem is first. Maybe a repair won't be
needed.

Although written for WinXP, it works for all Windows operating systems 98 or
newer.

If you are using WinXP/SP2, and it was not already on your computer from the
factory, you will have to remove SP2 first.

Windows version?

Problem you think repairing IE would resolve?
