Account: 'None', Server: 'mail.pacbell.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E This particular error was caused by putting a hard block to outbound port 25 on my Netgear router. It is similar to the error a user gets when their ISP is blocking port 25 outbound to off-network SMTP servers.
