Default CreateInfoWindow error

I am having the same problem that has been posted previously, but nothing
that is suggested has fixed it so far. I am running Outlook 6. I have tried
to uninstall OE, but that doesnt seem to help.

I downloaded the patch on the first page, but that just made it so that
outlook would not even connect to the incoming or outgoing server. I cannot
download messages right now. On a whim, I created an account using the
Outlook Connector. The new account will not sign in, but my original POP3
account will now download messages, plus it will work without giving me the
CreateInfoWindow error. The problem with this set up is that the Outlook
Connector will not sign in, therefore the dialog box pops up three or four
times.

You downloaded what patch from what page?

By "Outlook" do you mean Outlook Express (OE) which is part of Internet
Explorer or Outlook97/98/2000+ which is part of Office? And which
version? (If you don't know, in your mail program select Help, About.)

You mention OE and "Outlook 6" which would suggest Outlook Express
version 6. But you also mention "Outlook Connector" which is not part
of Outlook Express but rather Outlook97/98/2000+.

Maybe this will be helpful to you:
