Dear forum members:
I am using Outlook Express 6 on Windows XP SP2. I recently received an e-mail with photos. Photos are in JPEG format. However, one photo is using an English font and the other photo is using a Cyrillic font. When I look at this e-mail, I can see the photo with an English font, but the photo with a Cyrillic font shows as red "X" mark. This does NOT happen on Windows 2000 SP4. So, it seems that Windows XP SP2 needs some adjustment. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you and Happy Holidays!! |

If you want, take such a message and go to Message | Forward as attachment
and send it to me and I'll take a look at the formatting. It sounds like a strange character in the image filename. steve "Hiro" <Hiro@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:2CFF5002-038C-4CC6-BD6C-9170C9E85974@microsoft.com... > Dear forum members: > > I am using Outlook Express 6 on Windows XP SP2.
