My outlook express address book is fill with contacts. But when i open
up my contact window at the right bottom corner. The contact window is
blank? Is there a setting that control which address book's contact it
retreive from.

If you have 999 or more entries in the Address Book, the Contacts Pane may
appear empty.

I don't have that much amount of contact. I have about 400+ contacts in
my addressbook. Thanks for the additonal information.
