Lost my toolbar

Default Lost my toolbar

Lately, when I open OE I do not get the toolbar at the top. I do get the
menu bar. If I right click on the menu bar, I can put a checkmark on the
toolbar, but the toolbar disappears again when I close and re-open OE.

I like to click on the "Send" icon when I send a message. But, without the
toolbar, there is no "Send" icon. The toolbar keeps disappearing. What am I
doing wrong?

You may have a damaged identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create
a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages from the
old identity and delete it.

Thanks, Bruce

Your suggestion worked. I created a new identity. That straightened out both
the new identity and the Main Identity. I then removed the new identity. All
is well.
