What is "Power Archiver"? [Are you referring to PowerArchiver Outlook
Plug-in (http://www.powerarchiver.com/paop/ and is your question about MS
Outlook?]

If Outlook *Express* is to be your default Mail Client:

1. http://www.oehelp.com/oedef.aspx; then...

2. http://www.oehelp.com/oelnk.aspx

If still no joy, see:

Try going to Start | Program Access and Defaults and set OE default there.

Also try uninstalling the archiver program and see if that fixes it.

Still no joy - wonder whether it has anything to do with running Outlook on
the same machine?

Installing or uninstalling Outlook tends to screw up the Outlook Express
in being the default mail program. However, the steps outlined in this
article

SendTo and E-mail Links Do Not Work Using Outlook Express as Default
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306098

Usually fixes the problem. Note that there are several different things
to try there.

I meant to mention that, but it didn't all come out.

I wanted the poster to make sure that he tried everything in the article
and did skip some of it.
