For better convenience, I have set the Outlook Express View Text Size as
Larger.
In Window bar the Text size is enlarged. Though it applies to only View
when printout comes, the text are printed in extraordinary size.

If i select some text viewed in Window after selected one message and paste
in MS WORD it is saying the size font size 12 Pt. but the same message is
printed from Outlook Express it is larger than font size 12 pt. (printouts
look like 14 pt. size)

How to overcome this problem ?

Open Internet Explorer>view menu>text size, change it their to alter the
printed output of OE.
IE>file>page set up, controls other aspects of printing from OE, such as
margins, header & footer.
