window media player 9
When I want to play a file in the windows media player 9, i get this "Windows
media player has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I will then send the error but nothing seems to be happening. The same problem would pop up even when playing direct from the CD. I have even tried to download a new player but it didn't do the trick. Please could anybody tell me what to do to sort this problem out. Thanks AmyB

I'm having the same problem, seems to happen when I access the media library. No error code is given just the error text aout encountering a problem. Any one ......Help....please.
