I have a client with a WIN2K laptop and WMP9 installed. When logged into a
webcast, he gets audio, but no video and no error messages. However, if he minimizes the windows and then maximizes it again, the video shows fine for about 10-15 seconds, then goes black again. Any suggestions? |

Fixed it by going into WMP9 and selecting options and Performance to turn
off/down the video acceleration. Worked fine after that. Thanks folks for the other posts in this forum with that suggestion.
