This is on my work computer and it actually worked friday afternoon and
stopped working right before I left for the day. The last thing I played on it was some trans siberian orchestra from the official site. I am running windows 2000 professional. When I click on a media link that would normally open the wmp, it does--however, it instantly closes. No error message is displayed, it just closes. The same thing occurs with embedded wm files on websites. I will go to the site and the browser window will close. No error message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the player. I can't really find anything in troubleshooting because there is no error code, it just closes. Any idea? |

I don't really know what I did, but for a few minutes I was able to use
windows media player again but now it's doing the same thing. However, the last time it closed my browser it did present an windows application error message, one that said: The exception Breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached (0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x77f9193c. Click on OK to terminate the program "belle" wrote: > This is on my work computer and it actually worked friday afternoon and > stopped working right before I left for the day.
