I've moved the slider down and haven't had any problems so far, but it
doesn't happen all the time anyway. Reason I'm posting now is that I've clashed with sound acceleration before, and found that the slider keeps resetting back to Full after a while. Is this a known error? Not with WMP. With your sound card driver? Quite possibly. Sounds like something you'd want to follow up on with the sound card producer... -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
