Yes I did send an error report several times, but it did not help me much.
thanks for your help but it didn't help me with my problem. Can it be something wrong with my win xp version (sp2 home edition) it started to happen suddenly I never had this problem before. Go the link I mentioned - it tells how to get a crash bucket number. What's that number? That's so horrible. Gah. You've got mmswitch.ax installed. Uninstall it, unregister it, and/or delete that file. Also, avoid codec packs like the plague in the future. It was a codec pack that I had installed (codec pack all in one)
