HELP!

My media player will not delete files from my library...i dont know
when it stopped working but i have tried to delete the files numerous
times and it never works... there are 487 files that refuse to delete
and i dont understand y... if anyone can help i would really appreciate
it... thanks

What version of the player are you using?

Windows Media Player 10 ... but 9 was on my computer when i purchased
it...
