Please help me!! i cannot seem to view any files sent through emails that
have the extension .wmv. i keep getting the same erro message. Is there anyone out there that can guide me in the right direction please?? |

Zachd, thank you for your response.... i receive the following error msg, and will not play even if saved to disk C00D1199: Cannot play the file Error ID = 0xC00D1199, Condition ID = 0x00000000 Can you help??
