I try to play a video that was downloaded from email and it starts to play
the first 10 seconds and then just stops. All I have found online is that it
has something with the Preview Mode being on and turn it off to fix it.
However, it doesn't say how to do that. Any help on this would be great!

Are you sure the file isn't corrupt? Does it play in full in mplayer2.exe?

nope it does this with several different files. It also has trouble playing
CDs too if this helps any.
