When I try to play any video files (mpeg, wma) or play any CDs or stream
radio I get the error message The Operating System cannot run %1. I have WMP 9.0, running Windows XP Professional SP2. I have no problems running RealPlayer for video files, stream radio, CDs etc. so sound cards etc. all work. I can also play CDs on Nero vs6.0. My Windows XP was an update and I still have old WMP vs 2.0 lurking on my hard drive. That will still play video files but with no sound: error message that no sound card is installed. |
