When I try to open Windows Media Player manually, or by using a link to see
video, all I get is the response "an internal application has occured". I have tried upgrading to Windows Media 10, but it won't finish- the same message appears. What can I do? |

What won't finish? Does the install crash or does the player crash? Do you have mmswitch.ax on your system? -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
