Does it give you the opportunity to send an error report when it crashes?

Look at the link I sent - what crash bucket number are you getting according
to the link I listed?

Do you have mmswitch.ax on your system? From that fault bucket, it looks
like you do.

ok, what is mmswitch.ax? If it's bad, how do I get rid of it? (just for
further information, realplayer quits after a few songs) (would mmswitch
affect that too?)

I don't know how it got on your system nor why you have it there. It's
commonly distributed in fairly stupid codec packs. One of many reasons why
most knowledgeable people suggest people stay the heck away from "codec
packs".

Look for "mmswitch.ax" on your system. Unregister it or delete it. =\

Thank you Zach! I haven't been able to play streaming media for over a year
now. I searched for, found, and removed the MMSwitch.ax file from two
different places on my computer. The problem is now solved, we can play
streaming video again! Thanks again for your help! :-)
