I ripped my CDs onto my computer, but now whenever I play them with Windows
Media Player v. 10.00.00.3646 the sound pops and crackles. It only does this on my ripped tracks, not on my downloaded ones. How do I fix this? I have Windows XP Home Edition v. 2002 Service Pack 2. Thanks for any help. |

Do they play back correctly on CD? Do they play back correctly if ripped as WMA? -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
