I am encoding an screen video with Windows Encoder 9 on Windows XP. After
some time I get C00D0BCC error. What does it means? After that the encoding is stopped. |

That means that the encoder can't handle all the data you're giving it. Try a lower bitrate/encode setting. -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info. I wonder why the error code isn't documented anywhere on the MS
sites... Cheers - Neil On Wed, 16 Nov 2005 02:35:31 -0800, "zachd [ms]" <zachd@nomailplz.online.microsoft.com> wrote: > >That means that the encoder can't handle all the data you're giving it. None of the error code headers for any group, to my knowledge, have ever been 'publicly released'. I use a little internal tool called 'errsay.exe' to look these up, but that's not the kind of tool that is terribly interesting to anybody outside MS, so there's really no vector for releasing it. -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
