error message problem

Default error message problem

i have media player ten installed but when i try and play a video file on it
i get an error message C00D109B and i don't know how to get rid of it. is
there something i could download to get rid of the problem? i've tryed
downloading codecs but nothing seems to be working please help

You cannot arbitrarily download codecs and expect anything to happen. It's
a very bad idea, too.

You need ONE specific codec: which codec is that?
