I've been told by napster that my WMP 10 is having issues with its DRM. How
do I address these issues? The basic problem is that when I start my napster account, it tries to configure the WMP and it says it needs to reset the DRM. I allow it to do so, but upon restarting Napster it tries again. I kept trying this until i recieved an error message ststing that 'ap revious attmpt to reset the DRM was still in progress'. Now I can't gop any further. Advice anyone? |

Ask Napster what 'issues' .... They claim to be compatible with Microsoft's DRM, so it seems to be up to them to figure out why it is not working for you..( Do you have other DRM protected media files that do work?) Try a google search to see if other users have any solutions..Maybe there is a Napster user forum.. |
