I have Windows XP and have tried downloading Windows Media player 10 through
the website. However, every time I complete downloads, it gives me an error message saying that download is incomplete/improper and that I need to redownload. I appreciate if you can help me to resolve the issue. |

Which web site are you using? Have you tried WMP's Help:Check for Updates option? -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
