Hope someone can help - I am getting a recurring error message which appears
to happen after I've used media 10 for several weeks. The error message is " an internal application error has occured " This comes up as a message whenever I try to use the media player but doesn't include any error number. When the message occurs I end up having to download media 10 again - which seems to work OK for a few weeks before the same error comes up again. I run on Windows XP - Home Edition version 2002 Service Pack 2. |
