Default PROBLEM SOLVED!

Hi Rosie!
I FINALLY fixed this problem, when two of our 6 PCs started to display that
password box. Microsoft's Internet Options is to blame, as you have changed a
setting (I'm not sure which one) that now prevents WMP from launching.

The solutions is crude, but effective. You need to open up Internet Options
under Tools while in IE, or under Control Panel off the Start Button. Once
opened, you need to go through each and every tab (again, because I'm not
sure which settings you may have changed) and under the "Advanced" tabs,
where all the checkbox settings are, RESET your levels to LOW, and then RESET
them AGAIN back to Default. Then reboot your system.

You should now be able to access WMP radio.
You MAY find that you lose access to some Java Script pages (such as the
reply box for THIS site...), at which time you will need to install Windows
Script something or another, but that then eliminates any white screens or
lack of launching for java pages in i.e.

Hope this helped!
