Default Previously Ripped CD's

I am making the switch from iTunes to WMP10. I put all my CDs on my computer
using iTunes. When I try to import my music from my hard drive to the WMP10
Library, the songs that I have downloaded will transfer, but not the songs
that come from burned CDs. The files are not so small that they should be
skipped. It seems strange to me that only files that were previously CDs
aren't importing to the library. The files that won't play are MPEG-4 Audio
Files, while the ones that will play are MPEG Layer 3 Audio Files, which it
seems to me might have something to do with it. Can anyone tell me how I can
get WMP10 to import these files to the Library?

Convert the MP4A files to a file format that WMP supports, such as MP3 or
WMA. =)

See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
