How do I get the toolbar to appear in the list of Taskbar Toolbar options? It
does not seem to be available with the installed version shipped with the OS. Is it possible to copy the required files across from the 32-bit version or do I have to install from scratch the full downloadable version for this function to work? |

Very much not possible. You're using a 64bit OS, which cannot natively embed/call 32bit code... all direct shell integration such as the taskbar player are unsupported on 64bit. -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
