Default Video plays on one user account, not the other

Hello
We have windows xp home, cable internet, wireless netgear router. We
have two user accounts on the computer. With one user account we can watch
video through internet explorer 6 on cnn.com, however on the other user
account we simply get a message that says windows media cannot perform the
requested action at this time. Press the play button to reconnect to this
stream. I checked our internet options they appear to be the same. Any idea
of what I can look at to find out what is different, or what would be causing
the problem?

If you create a third account, does that account work?
