Alll of a sudden, I keep trying to play my music, or videos, and it won't let
me. Here is the error message I keep getting: "The file wmploc.dll has a version number of 10.0.0.3803 where 10.0.0.3646 was expectd. Windows Media Player is not installed properly and must be reinstalled. Do you want to install the Player from the Microsoft Web site?" Yes No I clicked on Yes and installed the latest version of WMP, but after I downloaded it, it told me I have the latest version and it will not proceed with the install. I'm pretty ticked, because I love listening to my music and watching my videos. If someone can help me, that would be awesome. Thanks for taking your time in looking at this = ![]() ~Vince P.S. I tried to uninstall WMP, but I couldn't figure out how to do it, since it's not seperate in the Add/Remove Programs list. |

Run: c:\windows\inf\unregmp2.exe /UpdateVersions and you should be okay. -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
