Please someone help me....I don't know what happened? I can't play any video
at all, no matter what the file extension is. Also, if there is a streaming file on the internet I can't play. The error reads The program ["C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsMediaPlayer\wmplayer.e xe"/prefetch:1] caused a problem and is going to close. Would you like to save a dump file. Please someone help me. I've tried uninstalling and nothing is working. |

Does mmswitch.ax exist on your system? http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#bucket should help you look up what crash bucket you're hitting - that information should be helpful to the people here who might be able to help you. -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
