Hi,
I am using Windows XP,I was ripping music off a cd in Windows Media Player when-disaster- I had a powercut at home. Since then I have not been unable to play music I ripped that night, or rip any more music in Media Player. This error message pops up: ""Secure storage protection error. Restore your licenses from a previous backup and try again."" I followed the instructions,(Tools bar; Restore etc) but no joy. Downloaded Real Player, and now doesn't work and this message pops up: ""C00D11CD: Unknown error Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. This can occur when another program or operating system component encounters a problem but does not communicate the nature of the problem to Windows Media Player."" Error ID = 0xC00D11CD, Condition ID = 0x00000000 Would really appreciate some advice. (e-mail tiffanybryan@hotmail.co.uk or i'll check on here later) Thanks guys. "Rock n Roll!" |
