I have WMV v.10 and the player does not recognize the length of the videos I
play. I have one video that's 22 min. long but WMV thinks it's 53 secs. long
and only plays the first 53 secs. I've downloaded the Codec 9 package but it
didn't help.

Please advise.

Video length is a property for the video file, not of the codecs. Sounds
like either the file is corrupt or the header is valid. From the little
you've said, sounds like the file should be reencoded.
