It looks like this would either be a crash in nevideo.ax, divxdec.ax, or xvid.ax. Which of those are on your system? Generally, this is a crash in the VMR (video rendering) area, so unchecking "Use VMR" in WMP's Tools:Options:Performance should clear this up. Does it? -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info. You would search for them same as you would any other file on your system - Start:Search should work. If this is still happening, make it crash again and I'll look up your latest crash bucket, which should have updated information. Note that the crash appeared to be in the video mixing renderer (uncertain of actual cause), so if you have unchecked Use VMR, this really should go away or become a different crash. -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
