Here is my problem:
1) I change to skin mode 2) At the end of watching the video clip I close wmp 3) When I re-open wmp, it appears to open two instances of it. One in skin mode, and one in the regular view mode. If I play a file like this it can be seen in the skin mode instance only, however both sets of play/pause/etc buttons will control the video. If i close one instance, then both instances close. If i switch the skin mode instance back to regular view mode, then I am left only with the one regular view mode (which appears to work properly). I want to be able to use skin mode correctly. I am using wmp10 and have windows xp pro sp2. This is so annoying, if I cant use skin mode, I dont want to use wmp. |

What video card driver are you using? Does updating it or tweaking the settings under WMP's Tools:Options:Performance make this problem go away? -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info. I have an ATI All in Wonder 9800 Pro 128mb. I am using the latest Catalyst
version (5.13). Changing the options in performance, does not fix my problem :-( "zachd [ms]" wrote: > > What video card driver are you using? I thought 5.13 was in beta... ? When did this start occuring? I've had terrible experience with Catalyst if I have the Catalyst Control Center installed, but mostly don't blue screen in the ATI drivers if I don't have their control center installed. *rolls eyes* -Zach -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
