My phone company just changed the voice mail attachments from a PCM audio
format to CCITT u-Law. I used to be able to listen to the messages on my pocket PC, now I am unable to. Is there a codec I can download for the Windows Mobile Media Player to enable me to listen to the WAV files in this new format? I am using a Windows Mobile 2005 device thanks m |

Your only option is to find an alternative media player that supports the codec in question, and associate it with .wav files. I believe that TCPMP supports ulaw, check their website, or just try it since it's free. http://tcpmp.corecodec.org |
