Default Cannot Find File - Internet Connection

If I try to play a File from the Internet - e.g WMA, WMV etc etc - I get the
following message.

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another
computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path,
verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be
available.

I am using Windows Media Player 10 - Windows XP including all Fixes and
SP2 - and the connection to the internet is broadband and always on.
Internet Access is perfect at times when this Message appears.

Any ideas please.

ALAN W

Can you connect to the Media Guide in WMP?

Default Re: Cannot Find File - Internet Connection

My apologies - it turns out that Zone Alarm had resticted the access by
Default. Found a suggestion about this from the excellent Web Site you
suggested.

A Happy User now !!
