Default Streaming problem IE

When I want to play a streaming video in IE than it does not play.
In stead of playing the dowload window appears, so i have to download the
file first. After dowloading the file plays ok in Media Player 10.

Why does not the file plays directly in IE ?

Thanks for your reaction.

Reassociate using WMP's Tools:Options:File Types - does that fix this up?
What's a relevant URL that doesn't work?

Did you reassociate using WMP's File Types? There's very much different
levels of association. =)

Can you play
http://videoclips.web1000.com/Black%...My%20Humps.wmv
directly?

The web page in question isn't really correctly embedding their content -
they should be using MIME type "application/x-mplayer2", not
"video/x-ms-asf".

Offhand, other than a bad embedding job here, I don't see any reason why
this would be happening.

Your file doesn't work.
With the option Extra, Options,Filetypes within WMP I chose 'all files' (i
have a dutch version, don't know the exact english terms)
