I tried to rip a c.d today and a message that reads:
Windows Media Player has encountered an unknown error. This can accur when another program or operating system encounters a problem but does not communicate the nature of the problem to the Player. I stop the ripping progress and close all other programs running at the time and yet it still happens... What the hell is happening here and how do I fix the damn thing?? PLEASE HELP ME!!! |

What file format and what bitrate are you trying to rip the CD to? -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
