Hello!

I have been trying for hours to install the update for the MP3 Audio
Converter. I reinstalled Windows Media Player 10 and then went to install
the update. The media player is installed, but when I try to install the
update for the Converter, nothing happens! It goes through the process, and
I save it in the Windows Media Bonus Pack folder in the Plus LE subfolder,
but when I go to "run" it, nothing happens. What do I need to do to make the
update work? I want to convert my Windows Media files to MP3 so that I can
play them from my phone. Please help!! I don't want to have to buy a
converter since Windows Media supposedly has one for free.
