I am suddenly unable to connect to Walmart music downloads .... The only
error message I get is "IE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have no clue what the data in the error report means and when I click to send error report, it shows as sending then my window closes. I can access every other store on the list except the one I have been using. FYI, I also cannot directly open the download from the Walmart site. Any ideas? -- Jean B |

That's actually the most useless crash bucket I've ever seen - the only thing those crashes hits say is that wminstallmgr.dll is crashing on you, and NO other data is available. Checking the WalMart install package, I find that in "C:\Program Files\Wal-Mart Music Downloads Store", you should have a 14 files. What versions are those files on your system? They should match up to this list: === -ra-- - - - - - 89,816 09-09-2005 isbannerbitmap.bmp c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\mfc71.dll --a-- W32i DLL ENU 7.10.3077.0 shp 1,060,864 03-18-2003 mfc71.dll c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\mfc71u.dll --a-- W32i DLL ENU 7.10.3077.0 shp 1,047,552 03-18-2003 mfc71u.dll c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\msvcp71.dll --a-- W32i DLL ENU 7.10.3077.0 shp 499,712 03-18-2003 msvcp71.dll c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\msvcr71.dll --a-- W32i DLL ENU 7.10.3052.4 shp 348,160 02-21-2003 msvcr71.dll c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\silent.wma -ra-- - - - - - 88,040 10-17-2005 silent.wma c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\swap.exe -ra-- W32i APP ENU 5.2.0.2 shp 69,632 10-15-2005 swap.exe c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\SWEBDLM.dll --a-- W32i DLL ENU 4.8.0.39 shp 110,592 10-17-2005 swebdlm.dll c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\SWEBIndiv.exe --a-- W32i - - - - 155,648 10-17-2005 swebindiv.exe c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\Uninstall.exe -ra-- W32i APP ENU 1.0.0.8 shp 37,104 07-15-2005 uninstall.exe c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\wmdlsub.dll -ra-- W32i DLL ENU 1.0.0.1 shp 75,888 10-17-2005 wmdlsub.dll c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\WMInstallMgr.dll --a-- W32i DLL ENU 1.0.5.0 shp 49,664 10-17-2005 wminstallmgr.dll c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\WMPlayer.dll --a-- W32i DLL ENU 4.8.0.39 shp 90,112 10-17-2005 wmplayer.dll c:\program files\wal-mart music downloads store\wUtils.dll --a-- W32i DLL ENU 4.8.0.39 shp 131,072 10-17-2005 wutils.dll === Is that the case? -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
