Error COOD002B Request invalid in cuuent state ?????? HELP!!!

I am using wmp 8.0/9.0 windows xp home sp1. For some reason my player will no
longer play video clips from the web. I get a error messege that says: The
request is invalid in current stste, COOD0023.CAN ANYONE HELP ME? I have
tryed to find info on this problem with no luck.

Why are you using SP1? Update to SP2...

Do audio clips from the web work?
