Windows media player cannot play the file....
if the file is located on the internet, connect to the internet (we are
connected to by a cable modem all the time...) if the file is located on a removable storage card, insert the storage card. (it is not) i am trying to play music samples off amazon.com thanks for any and all help!

Can you supply sample links and error messages? What does "insert the storage card. (it is not)" mean?
