I am running XP and have media player 10. I am trying to sync songs that I
have downloaded to my playlist to my new m3p player. UI set up the play list
and hit sync and it starts then stops and gives me this error message. Any
help would be greatly appreciated. I have no where else to go with this since
it doesn't tell me whats wrong. I am now paying Napster for services that I
can't use. Thanks

What MP3 player are you trying to use? Is it a Plays4Sure device?
