I have this same problem and cannot find a dolution to my problem either.

For Network tab go to: Tools/Options/Network.This in WMP10. Whether or
not you will find an answer there I don't know. I've never had to much
luck even in listening to streaming audio.

When I try to click onto network tab nothing happens. I don't understand why
i can go any further.

I woulkd to uninstall my media player 10 and reinstall it and hope this will
sovle my problem. How can I uninstalled widows media player 10.
