Help with using Album info for Ripping CD's

I have never had a problem using the "find album info" and then it
uploading to the tracks to rip, but now, when i find the cd , i click
finish, and it doesnt change/effect my cd that im goign to rip, the
info does not transfer. how do i fix that? thanks in advance.

anyone? ive tried reinstalling wmp but it didnt fix it...damnit this
is a pain in the ass lol, someone please help

The find album info (online feature) has been "misbehaving" for over a
week. Currently I have no info on what the problem is, or when it's
likely to be fixed.

The data feed is run by 3rd parties (not microsoft) so I dunno how to
get that resolved or where to file a bug report ;-)

I think this is the same problem I have? It ifnds the album info OK, but
won't transfer this into "now playing" when I click "Finish".
Temporary disabling of antispyware programs doesn't help?
