Error Messege C00D11D9

To whom it may concern,
When I try to burn a Cd I get "Error Messege C00D11D9". This messege won't
allow me to copy, and furthemore renders a CD-R completely useless. I'm
using WMP 10, MS XP Pro, Version 2002, SP2. My Comp is a Toshiba Satellite
w/ Pentium 4 CPU 2.66 GHz, 480 RAM (not sure if that info helps). Thoughts,
Concerns, Solutions...please.

There are some basic troubleshooting steps at these two sites - can
you try these first and let us know if any one step improved your
