I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 with Windows Media Player 10.0.0.3802
I can run WMP10 fine and the taskbar mode works but when Im playing any
media then close WMP from either Full or taskbar the media continues to play
and I have to kill the Proccess.

DirectX is 9.0c (4.909.00.0904)
Sound card is nForce VAPU / Sonata. Codec is Realtek ALC650 w/AC'97

I have the latest NVIDIA nForce 2 Drivers installed:
* Audio driver 4.42 (WHQL)
* Audio utilities 4.44

and all Windows updates are applied to my computer, any suggestions or fix?

If it's happening for audio-only files without a visualization running, this
should be your audio card driver locking up...
